The staff are personable. When there is a problem they know how to fix it. 3rd Street is Awesome. But don't let that out of your hat, I don't want to wait in longer lines LOL.
When I went I only got coffee but I've had food at other locations in Minnesota and it was delicious so I'm sure the food here is good too but I can't comment until I have it and I will update my review when I do. Their coffee is always good and I never have a complaint about it. The staff was friendly and nice.

Olivia Nelson was just absolutely the best barista that I have ever experienced. She is kind, understanding, and super quick with my coffee. I will be coming back to this caribou more often because of Olivia Nelson!

These guys and gals are so amazing. I come to this specific location 3-5 times per week. My order is always hot, ready, correct, and delicious! Although I don't get more than coffee very often, I have always had good food here too. The staff is busy but friendly! Top notch!!!
Gave it 5 stars cause the drinks are good but what is the deal with them not having the chicken charizo burrito anymore for two weeks straight, most of their products are not available to order and it has been days but love them anyways!!! Are they closing or did they not order anything???? My boyfriend and i love going to this place to relax and enjoying our time but with products missing its hard to do that now when we love their products!!!! And you have to order online here again!!!
I end up meeting someone here almost every week. The outside seating is nice and the wifi is reliable. Definitely get the rewards for discounts and free items.
